Use of the Service

Searo helps clients scope and coordinate external link publishing requests. You agree to provide accurate project information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Service Requests

For each request, you may be asked to provide your website, target pages, preferred anchor text, language, region, niche, content requirements, and prohibited categories. Searo may decline requests that appear illegal, deceptive, harmful, or outside the service scope.

By default, Searo does not accept illegal, deceptive, adult, gambling, high-risk financial, or other categories that create compliance or publisher-quality risk. Additional restrictions may apply based on publisher rules and campaign details.

Publishing and Delivery

Searo may coordinate with publishing partners or site owners to complete approved placements. Delivery details, timelines, replacement rules, content ownership, and reporting format should be confirmed in the quote or service agreement for each order.

No Ranking Guarantee

Searo does not guarantee Google rankings, search engine indexing, traffic growth, revenue, or any specific SEO outcome. Search performance depends on many factors outside the control of any single publishing service.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate website and campaign information.
• Ensuring submitted content, claims, trademarks, and landing pages are lawful and authorized.
• Reviewing deliverables and raising issues within the agreed review window.
• Using reports and published links in a lawful and compliant manner.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content and materials you provide. Searo retains ownership of its website, brand, workflows, templates, and internal service materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing and Payments

Self-serve subscription plans and credit packs are priced as shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Subscription plans may renew automatically according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout or in your billing settings.

Custom or managed service orders may still use quote-based pricing. For those orders, payment terms, refunds, replacements, and cancellation rules are confirmed in writing before the order starts.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Searo to:

• Publish illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website or service.
• Misrepresent the nature or expected outcome of published links.
